About

Patricia Halliday

Singer Songwriter

Patricia Halliday is a Canadian-American singer songwriter. Her love of music was handed down to her by her grandmother, who learned to strum American folk songs in Australia during WWII. At age five, Patricia persuaded her father to teach her piano, starting with an old Hank Williams chestnut—“Hey Good Lookin’”. At age 6 she fell in love with a sunburst Les Paul and began wandering trails laid down by the Stones, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor and other artists from the 60s and 70s. Since then, Patricia has sung and played piano and guitar at many events in Maine and Massachusetts, including state fairs, chorus and a cappella concerts, cabaret nights, and clubs.

Patricia is currently making an album of original songs, and has already released three tracks—Bonneville, Railway Song, and Darling My Christmas is You, all of which are available on Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube and Pandora.

Patricia graduated from Buckingham Browne and Nichols high school in June of 2021. She will be attending University to study economics. She plans to join one of the many singing groups  and is excited to see what lies ahead on her musical journey.
